From start to finish, our experience with Rickard Duct Cleaning was outstanding! The owner was incredibly easy to work with — his pricing was fair and transparent, and he was excellent with communication throughout the entire process. Scheduling was quick and hassle-free, and he made sure to accommodate our needs.

The team that came out to do the work was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and even provided helpful recommendations based on what they saw in our system.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and cleanliness — everything was spotless when they finished, and it felt like they had never even been there (except now our ducts are cleaner than ever!).

I lost my forced hot air furnace to tropical storm Irene, 6 years later, I tore out all the old duct work and swapped in a new furnace. Luckily Jeff had just quit his job and could finally fit me into his schedule and did a beautiful duct work install. Perfect timing, so nice to have central heat again 😃

We had Jeff and Keith completely replace our ENTIRE heating and cooling system. New furnace, new AC and new whole house humidifier. The humidifier was clutch; all of the “other guys” wouldn’t bother trying to install one for us (challenging location), but Jeff said YES, and it’s perfect. He was extremely responsive, on-time, professional, and really took the time to explain everything each step along the way. They left the worksites spotless, and I just can’t say enough good things about these guys! Don’t look anywhere else, Rickard H&C is the ONLY company you’ll ever need/want to call again!

My AC wasn’t working right the other night and to be honest got a little scared when batteries were burning up in the thermostat .. so i naturally messaged Jeff at 9pm lol he sent someone right over in the AM and it was fixed within a couple hours right before a 80 degree day! Thank you guys for the awesome and quick service !! Keith was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what happened! Went over the top to make sure it worked right before he left!

Jeff is a consummate professional and a heck of a nice guy. He went out of his way to show us how we could save money, and gently pointed out items that could be potential issues down the line. I will absolutely be calling him again for any heating and cooling needs I have in the future.
